How to make Vegan Chia Pudding?

Chia seeds are one the best super foods rich in soluble fibre, which helps in maintaining blood sugar levels and your gut health. It contains high omega 3 fatty acids and helps in fighting inflammation.

Here we start with 2 simple recipes Pomegranate and Kiwi chia pudding. This recipe needs only 5 ingredients


1 Cup Almond Milk

Chia seeds 50 grams

1 Cup Dates

1 Kiwi

1 Pomegranate

It is very simple to make  Kiwi & Pomegranate Chia Pudding. Here we go

Step 1. The first step is take an Almond milk pour into a Mason jar or bowl then add chia seeds, mix it well, close the lid, soak it for overnight or at least 3 hours. The chia pudding should be creamy and thick

Step 2. Peel the kiwi then cut into small pieces, then take pomegranate seeds, transfer into a bowl and finally cut the dates added into a cup.

Step 3. Take 2 glasses or Jars add soaked chia first will do pomegranate chia pudding add soaked chia then add Pomegranate repeat it for 2 times, finally add dates as topping. For Kiwi Chia Pudding simply add all the Chia pudding, and place the kiwi as topping. Ready to serve
