How to make a Vegan Mung bean and Green Peas Falafel recipe?

Mexican food is best for vegans; it has more number varieties – salads, dips, and most delicious falafel. This yummy and healthy falafel recipe is best for lunch , dinner and snacks. This recipe helps with its high protein. Here we go with a simple yummy recipe.

How to make Vegan Falafel recipe

15 ingredients

Produce

1 Cucumber

1 Tomato

1 Cup cabbage 

1 Cup sweet corn

1 Gean peas

1 Cup fennel microgreens

1 tbsp cumin

Ginger

Garlic

Green chilli

Condiments

1 squeeze Lemon juice

Vegan Mayo

Baking & Spices

250 g Whole wheat flour

1/2 tbsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

Olive oil

Recipe Procedure

Step 1. Soak mung beans, green peas, for 4 hours then wash it and coarsely grind it

Step 2. Take a bowl add garlic, ginger, green chilli paste, salt , cumin and grinded beans mix everything well. 

Step 3. Now Batter is ready, make some small patties.

Step 6. Take a  frying pan, add 2 tablespoon olive oil  then add patties and shallow fry both sides.

Flat Bread

Step1. To make the flat bread, take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, water simply mix all ingredients together until very smooth dough. Let it keep for 15 mins

Step 2. Divide the flour into small balls. Flour your surface and roll each ball out to a large circle, try as thin as possible. 

Step 3. Heat the pan and add 1/2 tsp olive oil and cook the tortillas over a medium heat for a couple of mins per side, until they start to blister.

Step 4. Serve with your favorite fillings. Here I served with all veggies mentioned above, Avocado and microgreens.
